  • Reengineered operational processes to guarantee Efficiency, Effectiveness and Reliability of Operations, increasing operated volume by over 100 % and tripled revenues within 3 years;

  • Conceptualized and implemented business strategy of sales development, including marketing strategy and opening of 2 Sales positions, resulting to 10% increase in sales;

  • Initiated and started implementation ISO 9001-2008 Quality Standards in Kenya operations (Quality Management Representative), along with QHSE procedures;

  • Presented Uganda market analysis, conceived business and investment plan, pitched project, registered and launched Uganda office in 2016;

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT / OPERATIONS
✔ Mission:
â–º Managed and controlled the Supply Chain for the section’s goods;
â–º Monitored the program stock levels across 18 warehouses;
â–º Coordinated orders with suppliers, local, regional (Kenya) and oversea (Denmark);
â–º Liaised with transporter and clearing agent, up to delivery points;
â–º Coordination and communication with partners on the Supply Chain management and distribution operations - over 6 MUSD of stocks;

✔ Achievements:
â–º Improved control of the Supply Chain, through design of tracking systems and information sharing tools for orders and stocks management,
â–º Implemented contingency stocks and planning of stocks dispatch;
â–º Designed supply chain dashboards for performance management;
